Simply send your saddle to me with a template to adjust the saddle to and a return address where someone is in  (can be your place of work) and a contact telephone number.

Five pictures are very useful for me too:

1. A sideways on picture of your horse  stood 4 square (no saddle) 
2. A picture from behind over  looking the wither region (no saddle)
3. A picture of your horse with the saddle girthed up with no saddlecloths showing clearance at wither
4. Also one with the saddlecloths you normally wear - showng front of saddle.
5. With saddle and saddlecloths from the side.

Please give value of saddle for insurance purposes for courier service to you after saddle has been adjusted. All shipments from me include insurance to the value of the saddle.

Courier and insurance on the way to me is your responsibility.
